There’s a tribe in Africa that eats dead bodies, you can go live with them.
Ok on a serious note, why don’t you ask your partner to act dead. Maybe even make them lay in cold water for a bit so their body feels dead as well to your touch. Then you can take it from there. About it eating the flesh, unfortunately, it’s illegal, so I suggest trying sushi or raw meat. Really, no joke.

i don’t know about the tribe in africa but there’s one in india, that also eat dead bodies, they’re called The Aghori (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aghori) if ur serious about ur sick fantasy, u should make a trip to india and explore it. But keep in mind, they don’t kill to eat, they just eat the already dead !
