I have been abused, over and over again, s*******, physically, mentally and emotionally. If I try to bring it up at all I back down, worrying that people won’t believe me. The only one anyone ever has believed is the one they witnessed but they won’t even admit that it’s abuse. I want to tell my friends yet I am dismissed every time.

My wife knew i was a recovering s** addict when we dated, when we married, and knew that it stemmed from childhood maternal molestation many years ago.
