I want to create a gang empire.
I want to create an Empire and bring all the gangs in Chicago and other cities under one banner. Their old gangs will be destroyed but they will be united into one force. Drug dealing, drive bys and so on will be a thing of the past. This empire will have its own set of laws and punishments. Child Molesters of either gender will be burned alive. Rapists of either gender will have their g******* mutilated and will be left to bleed to death. Murderers will be crucified upside down. Marijuana will be legal but more dangerous drugs such as crack and heroin will be outlawed. There will be no taxes in this empire and all money will be gathered through voluntary donations from the public. All family farms will be protected from large corporations and the like. This empire will end the cycle of constant gang violence and replace it with peace and order. This empire will rule its territory with a firm hand rather than an iron fist. The people will be allowed to live freely as long as they do not break the laws of the empire and do not try to sabotage it.
