I hate that people don’t listen to me. When I ask them to do something they don’t do it. Nobody even cares enough to admit they didn’t do it, I feel pathetic and quite frankly invisible. I know I don’t have the loudest voice, and I s*** at public speaking. When I try to speak to a group of people I choke. I choke on my own words. I turn bright red and I speak quietly to avoid breaking down completely. Nobody listens. Apparently it’s a burden to be patient with somebody. It’s a burden to try and emphasize. And I haven’t always been like this. I was pretty good at first, but then I noticed that people weren’t listening, I felt more and more insecure about it and soon I was straight up terrified of public speaking. So excuse me for trying to get better. And thank you for making me more insecure and pathetic.
