To my housemate, I am sorry but I don’t like you, though I feel so angry at myself and guilty that I have this genuine dislike for you. All I feel is that you send very negative and annoying vibes whenever I see you. Let’s review why I feel as such: You seem like someone with no authenticity or knowledge of life, just copying what I do or buy. You have not really worked on improving your English though you are in your second year of your PhD and you live in an English speaking country. I am not mocking you because I am an international student myself. You know that some commitment to learn won’t kill you right? But you prefer spending your time shopping and travelling instead. Our landlady feels frustrated that you can’t understand simple conversations, like “the f*** you have to remove your bloody food from the freezer because it is occupying the entire shelves! We don’t even have a space for ours!”. Another point, you are doing PhD but your knowledge of the world, general culture and awareness of what is happening is very limited. Even your posts on your social media are those of a shallow teenage girl. In every conversation, we have you show intolerable levels of ignorance, mediocrity and thinking shallowness. I lose countless brain cells just by talking to you. I find your pride of your country and your origins outstanding as you see everyone else incomparable to you. From where did you get this bloody privilege mentality? You know what I hate the most about you, the dumb contemptuous look that you show on your face whenever I tell you about an idea, a concept or my own research. Believe me, people, last time she came to me crying asking for advice and help because her supervisors are giving her a hard time. Her teary face turned into a smile of contempt all over her face as soon as I started giving her pieces of advice and talking about my research! She belittled what I do! This dumb bloody idiot though! I felt so berated and regretted feeling bad for her. How on earth would you like someone with such a sense of grandeur, refuses to expand their mind and worst of all berates you and what is important to you!!! I am sorry, I hate that you are in the same house as me and I wish you’d eventually leave. You are a disrespectful ignorant and self-entitled idiot.
