When I was younger, around 2nd grade I had very bad anxiety and panic attacks, and would scream and cry, have a hard time breathing and sit down and sob. I couldn’t go to school, and my mom took everything out of my room except my bed and dresser. I remember telling my mom on the way to school, (which i couldnt even do so, i would sob and panic and couldnt even get out of the car) that i loved her because i knew she was trying her best and she said “i cant talk to you right now, im so pissed.” It f****** *broke* me. I panicked more than before and still didnt go to a counselor or therapist. The times i was forced out of the car into school I would cry and scream and have a whole a** panic attack in the doorway. The most the counselor ever did was read me a f****** book to “calm me down” Newsflash, ignoring your child’s issues will f*** them up later in life. I keep everything private now. When Im about to cry, I hide in my room and am prepared to clean my face so nobody can tell. I hoard things in “safe spots” so that nobody can take my stuff, like stuffed animals and my hoodies. I have so many issues that spouted from that. Im still too scared today to go to a therapist or tell people about my problems. I havent even told my best friend about this s***. I had to get it off my chest, sorry.
