You cannot flip between them.
If you are trans I will treat you like the gender you prefer to be called because I respect your most basic of wishes, it doesn’t hurt me to call you something that feels right in fact I would feel bad if I misgendered a trans person because they would feel genuinely uncomfortable about something I did intentionally. You hurt no one by being disrespectful to a trans person. Oh yeah and which one of our senses again Can tell what chromosomes someone has?? ._.
