It’s super fucked that I have such a strong distrust of the police that I’m going to my local police station to introduce myself to them and make them aware that I plan to run the trails in the woods of our parks for my Summer fitness program.

Why am I subjecting myself to this b*******?

So hopefully I won’t get murdered by the police in case some paranoid white woman or man gets freaked out because they see a physically strong black man running through the woods and call the cops on me.

This makes me sick to my stomach, but where I live not too many people of color are and the police are using any excuse they can get to murder black men and women. AmeriKKKa is a racist nation with white supremacist polices. This needs to change because one day people like myself who just want to live their lives will get tired of it all.

I should have to introduce myself to public servants for my own safety. This is disgusting, but I need to challenge my body by training hard and the woods are the best place to do so…
