I have always wanted to be doctor or a vet. Always. My parents have always supported me and told me that I could do it, but now, that I´m about to finish school, they have started to ask me to change my career. I know I´m going to study for more than 7 years, I know I won´t sleep and that probably I won´t have time for my family but this is what I want! Recently they were trying to make me feel guilty because the career is expensive and we are not rich, but I now they can afford it! I know it. If my dad can go to a 10 000 dollars excursion with his friends, buy three Rolex, have four cellphones, and if my mother can buy all the shoes and bags she wants….why can´t they make and effort and pay my college?! I know that in the end they´ll accept my decision, but then why do they want me to change my mind? IT´S INFURIATING
