I am an unemployed teacher, 27, because my Mom suffered a stroke and I had to move home to get care set up for her. A family friend got me a long weekend babysitting job for four year old twins, a boy and girl.

The house is crazy big, the place is out of sight. The mother, she is a tax lawyer, I guess around forty. The husband has to be sixty or more, also a tax lawyer, he drives a Porche and has a Lambo in the garage, a toy car. They are very well to do.

The kids are polite, smart and affectionate. Fairly obedient, much better than any of the children I taught. Their live in Nanny is an Au Pair from Europe on her two week vacation. The boy gave me a tour of his house, upstairs, downstairs, the pool house, his bedroom, his sister’s bedroom, their play room, on and on. He navigates his house from one side to the other.

They attend this exclusive preschool, I would do just about anything to teach there, as my second choice. I took this babysitting job hoping the parents will give me a good evaluation, they are very influential at the school. My mother worked for the husband many years ago and that’s why they agreed to let me babysit the kids.

They are paying me $30 an hour plus. I am serious about this, I would give just about anything to be the full time live in Nanny. I’m a teacher, I can make a difference in their lives. That’s my confession, I want to get hired instead of their au Pair Nanny. I want her job. I can live here and be close to my Mom. And I am American born and raised.
