A friend of mine is over, havent seen her for nearly 3 years. She has a daughter who she doesnt discipline or pay much attention to because of a heroin addiction. She has checked out and is letting my husband and I deal with her child.

what do I do? I feel bad for this child because she deserves so much better but I also feel bad for my friend cause Shes been through a lot of trauma and cant help herself.
