i desperately need advice.

a close friend recently confessed that he had feelings for me, and is planning to court me in the future. but he plans to first focus and better himself.

the thing is, multiple mutual friends are trying to make a move on me as well (one of the reasons why he confessed). and when i would talk and make plans with some of them, NOT flirting (since i’m quite close with some of them), he’d get jealous and would make side comments every time we talk.

now, i think it’s hypocritical seeing as he made out with a couple different girls and would frequently talk about he has an infatuation with some girl.

so, what should i do? do you guys think he even likes me?
