I have red hair and a very fair complexion so I try to stay out of the sun as much as possible but since getting this rash I got a cancer disease called Bowens disease on the skin. I think the rash was spread deliberately. there are topical chemo treatments and burning and I had some surgically removed that was painful but not as painful for my father he had a bad more serious cancer and had to have chemo treatment for about 3months.

I think people should consider keeping out of the sun or using very good sun care creams 70% sun protection from a spain company called Skeyndor is a little expensive but then when I seen a man come into the surgery one day with half is face and ear missing due to cancer I think wearing a hat is important and sun cream even if 50% protection.

I have got a herpes type rash since being raped and I found that not eating nut products heaps, as well as using pintasal and good antibiotic ointments and antifungal once off pill does help stop some skin problems.

oils do protect the skin from bacteria as well. and so does a little clove oil or citrus oils. I enjoy 1 hour massages to ease a lot of my problems and I like these Chinese massage guys I go to for hip and back pain.
