Just saw an episode of The Simpsons from the 90’s. How were they allowed to make fun of Barney’s alcoholism? It’s not a funny topic, addiction ruins lives. How many kids saw these shows and were abused by their alcoholic parents? Not to mention the unrealistic interpretation of addicts others got.

Maybe The Simpsons is still like that today, haven’t watched it for years.
