Do doctors in America get sued so much? My doctor made a relatively minor, innocent mistake but he was scared to death when I found out the truth. I never had any plans on suing him; what hurt me the more was the thought he had that I could or would sue him. I could never hurt that man- he has done too much good for me and his other patients. Do doctors really experience bad patients that are looking for nothing but an excuse to sue somebody, espscially a doctor? It’s a sad world we live in.
