Had an interview recently. So the owner said all the right things: in control of my schedule(as an independent contractor), no tolerance for s***** harassesment, open door policy…etc. But it’s what’s said and done inbetween those right things that are keeping me on guard. He gave me the impression that he gets pissed easily, May have trouble censoring his own thoughts, and will expect me to give my 110% all the time(let’s hope not when I’m sick though) I accepted the job offer, but I hope that I don’t make that one mistake that will cost me more than just my career…but also my life in general. Any advice on encountering/dealing with business men who have particular visions about their company and will freak out if things are meeting the vision? And just Incase, what signs do you have to look for if your boss may be s******* coerce you?
