Please help me. I lost 44 pounds since December following a strict diet prescribed by a deitician. However, I am so stressed these last three days that I have been eating a few more portions than I should have and a slice of strawberry shortcake. I never want to go back to how I ate before. Please, help. Anyone. How can I stop stress overeating?

What is your favorite healthy snack?
I have no idea…lol. this dietician said I should have fruits and vegetables around- especially vegetables because they are low in calories and are a good snack.
When I want to cheat I ‘ll eat 1bite a small bite of cheat food! Then give in and eat a larger portion of something really tasty but healthy! Like nuts, fruit, , or even a fancy salad ! Or I look to a protein fix

I usually personally just throw up my cheat foods afterwards then I’ll be able to cheat a little and then throw up and get it out.

The cheat food ,any personal trainer will tell you, every once in a while cheat food is fine ,in moderation
One slice of pie, two cookies, a real serving of ice cream .indulging is not a crime , over indulging is!!!!
I cheat probably once a week ! But I keep in check. Small enough yet large enough to satisfy.
The cal deficits is what you watch! DO you exercise at all? Get your Basel metabolic rate , and minus 2 to 300 cal. From that.weight will continue to drop.
If you want to cheat make contingency for it, eat less earlier . But don’t exceed the BMR . You can do this !
