There is this person, let’s call her Cecilia, and her bestfriend Stephanie. Celia has a boyfriend, Stephanie doesn’t, Cecilia has had an eye for this guy since freshmen year, the guy asked her out but she denied him but still dated other guys. Stephanie, both of them now in junior year, begins to develop feelings for the guy, and we all support them because we see them as a more suited couple. Cecilia is then, jealous and has been saying things that awfully sound as if she thinks Stephanie is betraying her, we all think it’s b******* btw. Cecilia has been acting weird, she obviously tries to avoid the topic when it comes up, she’s suddenly interested on the rpg games on my phone, she doesn’t eat with Stephanie, she spends more time with other people, they don’t go to bathrooms together anymore, and etc. Stephanie feels guilty, reeeaaally guilty, and feels as if she has to give the guy up. Cecilia has a boyfriend she claims to love, but she doesn’t appreciate his efforts, feels as if he doesn’t have trust in her when the truth is she has no trust in him at all( he changed his password “OH NO HE’S REPLACED ME”, a rumour about him and his girl classmate “HE’S SO DATING HER”.) I can’t count the times she said she may break up with him and the times her bf gets jealous so she makes it a big deal and goes on about him having trust issues. And then there’s Stephanie, she always had to adjust with Cecilia, her bestfriend who bullied her before they became friends. She has to give up a guy she really likes for a bestfriend that already has a sweet guy who goes through hell for her. Cecilia also said that her current boyfriend will be her last, so if she doesn’t break up with his boyfriend for the guy, first off, that’d mean she’s bullshitting and we can use her words against her, second, the guy doesn’t have feelings for Cecilia anymore, he likes Stephanie, and Stephanie likes him back. Yet Cecilia makes it as if Stephanie’s the bad guy, her bestfriend.
