My rant on Transgendered people
I do not like transgendered people. Correction: I do not like most transgendered people. This is because they support r*** culture. This entire idea that I must be transphobic because I, as a straight female who does not want to date a transgendered man is beyond absurd. You can’t decide you are the opposite s** because you “feel” that way-science will prove you wrong. I am a biologist. I believe what separates male and female is simply DNA chromosomes. A male has XY chromosomes and a female has XX chromosomes. Females are usually the ones who are penetrated by the male and carry the offspring to term.
I do not believe in society’s view that what differentiates men and women is simply a change in wardrobe, voice and a choice between a beard or breasts. Like a man who wakes up one morning and decides he wants to put on a dress, makeup and a wig and call himself a woman.
I have met transgendered people who think they do not have to disclose that they are transgendered to their partner simply because their partner might not want to be intimate with them once they find out. Does that mean people who have STDs shouldn’t tell potential partners that they have a because they might not engage in i********** with them? Does their partner not have a say if they want to be intimate with a person who has an STD or STI? If I announce that I do not wish to engage in a s***** relationship with a person with a s***** transmitted illness does that now make me STDphobic/STIphobic?
There’s also people who think that once their partner find out their transgendered and breaks up with them, their ex partner is transphobic. Um no. You made them believe you are something you are not and tried to make the relationship continue on those pretenses, in hopes they would fall in love with you and accept your lies once they finally surfaced and would not dare leave you because its been years and they are in too deep to back out (that was a mouthful). Nope. You lied to them and now they don’t trust you-which they shouldn’t. And even if that were the case and they did leave you just because you are transgendered they can do that too. You don’t control your partners emotions. They are allowed to leave you anytime they want for any given reason-or no reason at all.
Let’s have a look at other situations. What if a married man comes on to me and I deny his advances? Does that make me marriagephobic? Or if a person who constantly cheats on their lovers wants to date me and I say no, am I now cheaterphobic? Of course not. You can date whomever you want IF they agree to date you-on certain conditions. People have the right to know every and everything about their partner and a situation to make an educated decision on their OWN behalf. Limiting or omitting information so you can manipulate them is completely unfair and it makes YOU a bad person for thinking that it is okay. Why is the line of consent so close to the line of being calleda bigot? Why can’t people learn that choosing friends or a partner or an employee, based on beliefs, morals, race, gender (male/female) and saying no to a person who you don’t want is okay? YES rejection s****. But it happens to us all.
Another thing is I don’t agree with transgendered people using the same restrooms as their “new” gender. Say for example if a transgendered woman wants to use the women’s restroom-they should not be allowed because they are not a woman (if they look like societies standards of a woman and strangers can’t tell-go for it, I am not policing you give a doctors note for every restroom you to stop to use.). If they were a woman they wouldn’t have to be called a transgendered woman-they would just be called a woman. Just like how men and women have different restrooms-even people with disabilities or babies, sometimes have their own restrooms-transgendered people should have their own restrooms too.
Now, I am all for transgendered people having basic human rights such as marriage, adopting kids, voicing their concerns etc. People shouldn’t really be discriminated against because of what they choose to indulge in-unless it indirectly or directly hurts someone (i.e. an older woman aroused by younger boys and decides to force hedrself onto them.) But do not dare say I have to play into your fantasy world because of your feelings. FYI my feelings matter to. And if I am not attracted to you because you are transgendered that is MY right. I have a right to MY own s*****, physical, or emotionally preference. I have a RIGHT to want to procreate with my male husband, who can also s******* satisfy me with his real (non-inflatable) p****.
I do not want to have to go through using a donor sperm (unless he has fertility issues), or combining our DNA with a third party just to make a baby. (I believe love can and only be shared amongst two people. Afterall, it only takes two living organisms to conceive offspring, I don’t want to share and I certainly don’t want a stranger sharing custody of our future children.)
I long for the day when we see s** change surgery as lobotomy and realize that these transgendered people have a mental illness that needs to be treated.
Side note:
We all should have a say in who we want to date. Just like you who is reading has a right to disagree and call me a bigot or a *insert deragotory term and angry comments* based on how you feel about my rant.
And I’m positive there will also people who are personally offended by what I said and look to disregard my rant by checking for spelling or grammatical errors. To which I say-whatever.
