After 9 years of hard, dedicated and round the clock work I finished university and got a doctorate in natural sciences. Where am I now, in the world of liberal capitalism?
Got a salary on which I can only dream about being a house owner one day, got a lousy social life, a broken family with co-dependent parents, live in a foreign, cold-hearted country and ahead of me there is not much perspective. But, I must go on like this, since I have no other income to live on or support my parents with. Feels like there is no way out of this. Most of the time I imagine I am someone and someplace else. A farmer in the mountains or a fisherman on an island in the sun. Every day I pray to God for help.
