I like my best friend’s ex. She’s said she’s totally cool with it, but another of my friends has done the same and she is majorly upset, although the situation with myself is different. The other friend knew that her boyfriend had dumped her by text and was heartbroken about it, now she is dating him. With myself, they dated 5 years ago and she assured me that it was totally okay. Not only this, another of my friends has now confessed to me too, that she likes him too. He’s outright told me he likes me, but I’m paranoid, and now feel that it would be wrong for things to go any further with the guy. I’m gutted. I know he doesn’t particularly like her, from what I’ve heard, but I’m so paranoid because finally, someone has shown an interest in me and it’s getting ruined. I’m going to end up alone.
