I can’t stop m*********** to p***. I’ve read so many books, tried different programs. When I’m being tempted it seems there’s nothing I can think of or do to take the urges away. Sometimes I m********* even if my roommate might catch me (I’ve been caught in the past). Also I think this is why I haven’t been able to hang on to a relationship: the shame, numbness and high standards get in the way. I’m going to break up with my girlfriend soon, things are getting unbearable for both of us. I hope that I can get freedom from this addiction one day.
