Damn illegal immigrants. Let’s give them all hand outs! Let’s take pity on the poor, poor souls who entered the country illegally and are working without paying taxes and hurting our economy. Never mind my husband who immigrated here from Europe legally two years ago and spent all of his savings – THOUSANDS – to do so. Never mind the fact that we’re struggling to survive now, barely putting groceries on the table. No hand outs for us, goodness no. That just wouldn’t be fair.
