I thought of hurting my mother before. She always threaten to hurt me and the last time she I did, I defended myself and she yelled at me for defending myself. Honestly, I think I would just attack back on instinct. I have anxiety about whether or not she will hurt me.
I can’t wait until I leave the household and leave everything behind.
