My girlfriend makes self hate jokes a lot.I don’t know how to tell her that it bothers me. She make jokes about herself that a good percent of the time aren’t true. She makes fun about how she’s so stupid, fat, or ugly. NONE OR THESE ARE TRUE! She’s not stupid. She graduated high school with a 3.9 GPA! She sure as hell isn’t fat or ugly. Even if she were the size of a planet and looked like Rowan Atkinson it wouldn’t matter to me. I just don’t know how to make her see this.
