A female friend of mine is in the pharmaceuticals business. Specifically, she’s the sales rep who goes into doctors’ offices and gives them free samples. She frequently wear very short skirts, high heels, and low-cut shirts. She basically looks like a high-priced e*****.
I asked her once if dressing like that helped her sales. She said all of the reps do it, and she’s never NOT dressed like that, so she’s not sure if it works or not.
Now, I’m a guy. A normal guy who likes sexily-dressed women. But I think if she came into my office like that, I’d turn her down just out of spite. I like my s***** sales tactics to be more subtle. I wouldn’t want her thinking I was buying something just because she looked like that. I don’t want to admit that she has power over me.
