Unfortunately, You’ve been doing it for so long its become a habit. I have no doubt that it carries over to your relationships with significant others. Maybe even your family. How do you differentiate from those relationship to the ones you think are genuine?

I just found out someone I thought was a great friend has been doing this all along. Its all too hurtful, stop it!
