I wish I could tell her how beautiful she is when she laughs. I want to be with her. I want to do everything possible in this earth to be with her. But she likes someone else. She only thinks about him. Not me. I am wasting my time thinking about her. Can’t stop it. It’s annoying me now. I need to move on but i can’t. What can I do?

The best thing you can do is just move on. Find somebody better, who are ready to love you like you loved that girl. Tell her the things she wants to feel, don’t waste your time on somebody who you know doesn’t have the same feelings for you.
Tell her. She most probably has feelings for you instead of the other guy. Sometimes women need to be told and shown love. She loves you. I bet on it
