I have actually only been left and heartbroken one time in my entire life. Up until that point it was me that leaves before it gets bad. It’s usually me breaking hearts. In the later phase of my life it’s usually amicable. Nobody gets hurt. I guess you can call that maturity. That one heartbreak was technically directly in the middle. It’s in between being a heartbreaker and amicable splits.
