Truth is , as soon as the doc took me off of insulin , and put me on trulicity, the weight just melted off me , it took me about a year to 1 1/12 years to lose the first 80 lbs .

But then … the pandemic happened. My weight has stalled . I haven’t gained. Haven’t lost.

Havent tried.

But now ? I’m ready to work hard toward health and fitness !!
