Precisely true. As much as I hate to admit it most of us men are the problem.
I don’t think the average man will have any problem with you walking around topless in public. It’s other women, especially the unattractive ones, who will get upset at you.

If society grew up with shirtless women there would be no problem with shirtless women.
Now in other cultures of their society, it’s normal to see a woman topless.
In America though especially it’s very disruptive, and sexualized as we grew up in a culture where we covered ourselves to not seem “sexy” “dirty” “vicious” “caveman like” or “poor.”
The government made society and society turned against the outcasts and the people who didn’t follow the expectations or rules of society.
Just like how some people will get made fun of or mocked at for wearing a different style, or something weird/unique.
Because society grew into a fashion trend that was more refined and preppy by the government that was seen as “normal.”
So look at society and the government. Mainly culture.
You can go to other places around the world too that WILL have woman who are topless.

The outdated âmoral valuesâ of the majority of the United States citizenry dictates women should be ashamed of their bodies unless and until males give their approval.
This same antiquated thinking says itâs perfectly acceptable and even encouraged for a male to walk around topless.
Just because a female sunbathes nude or even topless is NOT an invitation for sex: sheâs sunbathing! Likewise if women go shopping or go to work topless it doesnât mean they want their breasts fondled sucked or even touched!
Yes I like seeing womenâs bare breasts but Iâm not going to stare and/or touch just because theyâre out. She is a human being who deserves the respect and freedom every human being deserves.
Men don’t find this offensive, its the women. I’m 100% fine with seeing tits.
