To R: Regarding: I am so tired of worrying about my weight.
I’ve had my thyroid tested and while I was briefly on medication for it being underactive, that was sorted out by managing other health issues. My blood sugar is thankfully not high enough to qualify as diabetic, though sometimes lifts enough to be considered pre-diabetic.
I will look into the medicine that you recommended, but as I am in the US, I have my doubts as to whether it will be available or not.
I need to lose between 10 and 20kg, depending on where my weight is standing. I went and weighed again on lunch break at work today (about three hours after the initial post) and am somehow 6kg lighter than I was.
I really dislike my weight not being consistent and have checked the scale repeatedly against other scales to ensure the most accurate weight possible.
