Your mom may have some serious mental health issues. Maybe she was abused as a child a lot.
Stay calm and ignore her. She may have daddy and mommy issues of her own. So she tries to get attention from her kids. She likely may have also been raped or sexually assaulted as a kid. Try to get her to open up. Or maybe she has ADHD combined with BPD and depression and she gets a high from attempting to bully you. Best thing is to ignore her and try to keep yourself happy by exercising, eating well, ignoring your poor excuse of a mother who is in pain (let her be in pain and suffer) and do breathing exercises in an airy room that should ideally not be too cold.
