I wonder what goes through the head of someone who has something in their hand, they own it, They have made their mark on it, permanently and strong (obviously) but realistically time considered it belongs to them more than anyone else.

But they’re looking at everything else like its a competition which it isn’t or for some reason the feel threatened. They watch everything and they scrutinize it, you can hear the gears going off in their head constantly.

It’s like they are standing outside their hut with a club in their hand, on guard.

I guess I sort of do understand it though. Its the curse of being emotionally attached to someone. You always have to be on guard and you really need to work to keep things at a certain level. Lets face it, it s****. Especially if its a forever thing. Its like that song Gold on The Ceiling by The Sheep Dogs (I think)
