As a boss, I often review the amount of work and responsibility give points to it… this is worth 200 bucks, etc. Basically, the list would look like this

1) Come in to work on time and leaves on time (300)
2) Work output is in expected range (500)
3) Does everything as expected (200)
4) Work output is more than expected (+100)
5) Management role (+400) *taking notes of projects and making sure everything gets on time, advises if I should take the order or not*
6) Work under expectation *Requires OT* (-100)
7) etc

I understand that they work hard and does everything expected, but it’s frustrating when my workers just expects me to give raise yearly (+10%) . Bonuses and benefits are given but it doesn’t seem to be enough for them. Work amount doesn’t increase, no major inflation that I would have to take in account for. How could I tell them no?
