anyone who has worked for us knows we are rather forgiving. at interviews or daily events I always tell workers working for me, we don’t expect you to be perfect, its alright. mistakes happen, you noticed it and its no big deal it was fixed. right, its not like it can’t be fixed.

Stand your ground. Not disrespect him or her but make sure he knows that you deserve some respect. Bullied employees tend to not be productive by learning from their mistakes
