If I eat 278 calories per day and make sure the total amount of calories I burn overall in a day is 2000, I should be at an acceptable weight by around mid September. If I’m not, I’m going to kill myself.
I’m just tired of my life not feeling like it’s my own and yeah sure, it sounds really petty and I know you shouldn’t build your self worth around weight but… I need to prove to myself that I’m able to do things if I really want to and if losing weight is the only way for me to feel like I can then, so be it.

First find your bmr base metabolic rate. This is the cal. You need to just survive. Then to actually lose wght. Just drop 2-300 cal. Daily. Google it! This will be affective for you. And won’t kill you.
P. S. You can enjoy a sweet treat every week too. Allow a cheat day dont go over overboard!!!
