Do you think these diets will help me lose weight fast for graduation?
1. 1-4 days
Drink at least 2-2.4 gallons of water a day.
5-7 days
Drink at least 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.
(In the mornings drink water with lemon, heated.)
2. Eat 3 meals ONLY in a day.
Make sure they are the size of a bottle cap.
Drink only water inbetween meals.
Dance for 20-40 minutes per-day.
I need to do this in 8 days at least.

Find your Basel metabolic rate.it will give you your caloric needs daily then eat meat and vegetables only,equalling 3-500 calories less per day. If yourBMR is 1980 then eat around 1400 a day.do it long enough.and you’ll see a difference. Remember your body weight fluctuates between 3-5lbs daily. Better to gauge it by measuring. Or how your clothes fit
You will lose your water weight, that’s it. There are no shortcuts to weight loss, just like how you didn’t get that size in a day
