I hate how my brain thinks sometimes,I don’t mean to say what I say and expressing my feelings can be a challenge as it makes me feel vulnerable and seen,all I do is end up crying in sadness, frustration and guilt in my room.It’s so hard staying positive all the time as when I show a peak of how I’m feeling anxious everyone around me gets angry because I’m being “dramatic” I can’t talk to anyone because they say I can express my feelings and when I do they comment and judge me so much and dismiss me.😭Anyway I hope you’re having a good day.
