To: I’ve had to physically restrain myself to stop myself from taking a handful of pill and I can’t tell anyone. Me: Go and see your doctor and tell him how you feel. You probably need anti depressant tablets (or Anti Depressant tablets adjustment) and certainly his advice on what you do next. Best Wishes
