It seems to me that what you are experiencing is very similar to anti depressive tablets which help those with depression, but without the tablets. Have you spoken to your doctor about how you feel and requested blood tests to check if your blood readings are within accepted ranges? It is entirely possible that your blood is down on a key element or missing one altogether, which tablets would resolve. Best Wishes………..
