Why does each generation think the one right after it invented doing stupid s*** for stupid reasons? There was a kid in my high school who used to staple his fingers together on a bet. Like, five, six times a month. You cannot tell me that’s any more intelligent than the five people nationwide who have probably actually eaten a tide pod. But to listen to people my age, you’d think nobody did anything stupid before 2015. Fyi: people were trying to kill themselves in dumbass ways long before you or I came along. School shootings, religious fanatics, bullying, have all existed since people first realized they could do stupid s*** and not always die of it.
