Swimming at the club last night, lifeguard just so adorable, always says hi, I say hi back. I swim over last night and say “Hi, lifeguard!” She sits and says “Hi, swimmer!” We talk and I discover she’s a music lover. I tell her I have a show this Sunday. “Dude! We’ll be there, me and my friends!” I thank her and give her some flyers after I’m dry and dressed. She looks me in the eye and smiles and I just melt, can’t talk, she’s so lovely…and 18, graduating high school this Saturday. I graduated high school in 1980. I wake up this morning and she’s following me on Instagram. Do you know how wonderful it feels that a person like this doesn’t look at me like “Creepy Dad?” I just want to hug and hold her, stroke her hair, give her a squeeze, buy her an ice cream cone. It’s not especially s*****. It’s just that so many men are angry because women won’t give them the time of day, or they have to pay to get what they want. I have a few problems, but attracting beautiful women has never been one of them, maybe because I don’t try to push them into bed in the first 5 minutes. My wife and I split up 7 years ago and every girlfriend since then has been in their 20s. Doesn’t hurt, either, that I keep in shape, have all my hair, and am like a little kid in a lot of ways. Plus I’m f****** talented, and people like that. Thanks for listening.
