After reading the r*** victim’s post it is clear that the justice system doesn’t work. For certain crimes(murderers & rapists & pedophiles in particular)dangerous criminals should be sentenced to a mandatory death penalty or at least permanent solitary confinement in a dark abyss. The system should be ashamed of itself. Allowing sub-human criminals to walk free only makes a mockery of it’s victims. I say mandatory death penalty for rapists and murderers. The victims deserve respect. Death or permanent harsh solitary confinement to criminals gives respect to the victims. Anything else is disrespect. To the victim: I am sorry this happened to you. You deserve respect and dignity.

In America the Supreme Court decided sex offences weren’t capital crimes. I disagree but there’s pretty much nothing we can do about it.
Yes and that is why there are so many repeat offenders.
Often the offenders have gotten away with crimes that they were never charged with. Because of the shame it brings on the victim the crimes are not reported or prosecuted. The victims are also afraid since offenders have been set free to attack, rape, assault and murder in the future.
It’s a great system for the predators but not for the prey. The law needs to be changed. That seems unlikely since men are usually not the victim of rape, although it does sometimes happen. So male legislators and judges are against castration (even for repeat offenders) although it would be an effective deterrent.
If there’s no price to pay,
why not rape away!
Lot’s of women do not survive a rape. Their bodies are found shot, stabbed, strangled and etc. There have been a few local rapes and all of them were killed. Police reports indicated that many are repeatedly raped over a period of hours and then tortured to death.
Even if you rape an infant, you won’t get the death penalty for it. It makes me sick.
