I’ve been in love with the same guy since I’m 11 years old. Now I’m already 26 years old. I cried When I know that he’s currently in a relationship. It doesn’t because of I angry with him, I cried because of the feeling doesn’t want to go away even after 15 years already.

Your English is fine, we are all able to understand you, and that’s the point. Tell him how you feel, get it off your chest, and, no matter what the reaction on the other side, you yourself will feel so much better after you tell him, you will be able to move on with your love life.
I completely understand how that feels – when you love someone but they don’t love you back. It’s really hard to cope with and just know many people are going through the same thing.
