You’re asking people to break the law. What if they fail or chicken out on their end? They can then be charged with a crime and end up doing time.
I wouldn’t care, That would be their fault for failing not mine. Plus, They could try again in prison. If they ever wanted to, I’m sure it’s easy to get yourself killed there too.
