i think im going to do something really stupid and i dont even know what it is. i just have this gut feeling that im going to do something really stupid that’s going to hurt a lot of people. i dont know whats going through my head anymore. its all gumbled together, im surprised i can even function properly. im just really worried and kind of scared

I hope you can talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling and find a way to address the issue in a constructive manner that ultimately helps you. It’s not worth all the devastation something like that will cause you and everyone else.
