I hate country music, all of it. Yes, including the classics. Not a fan of it either.
All of it is boring, uninspiring, depressing, mediocre, and of course racist.
My parents play it every single day even when I go somewhere with them. Mostly the poppy country florida georgia line and toby keith horse s***.
I don’t know how long I can deal with this torture. I feel like either killing myself or move far away and never come back to Texas.
I don’t understand how anybody can like such awful ear bleeding twangy whiny noise people consider as “music”. How can anybody be calm while listening to it? So absurd.
No, don’t bother changing my mind. No more headaches. Country music gives me a massive headache and puts me in a really angry mood. Seriously, put me out of my misery. I f****** can’t take it anymore.

I actually love it more than I used to and especially the old shit.
Like I hear something for example “Louisianna Woman Missisippi Man” (sorry about the spelling) it a great tune but when I listen to the opening, that’s a mean ass sounding guitar. It just sounds fucking awesome. Stone age equipment, tube amp probably Fender or Gibson not a speck of digital. I appreciate Country more than ever now.

It’s the number one selling music in America – more than rap or hip-hop. Hard to get away from it. I agree with the poster that it’s garbage that all sounds the same. And why does every singer have to align themselves with Cash Willie and Waylon as though that gives their tired crappy songs credibility? Jazz is the best gift America ever made to music. Country is the absolute worst. It caters to morons. I don’t blame the guy who wrote this post one bit.
