Sometimes I forget that it’s possible to travel across the Atlantic. I grew up in Australia where our world maps always showed Australia in the middle (with Europe on the left, and America on the right), so it always seemed like America was really far away from Europe. I keep forgetting that it’s possible to travel WEST from England to America across the Atlantic ocean instead of going EAST all the way across the world… I’m not a flat-earther, I know the Earth is round. My brain just has these dumb moments?!
