The transgender violence results from waiting too long to transition the child. In some cases the mother is waiting until the boy has reached puberty around age 12 to start the process. By then he has been soaked in testosterone, day after day for 12 years. His brain and body are male. It’s way too late to transition him into a girl.

The sooner the better for transitioning. As soon as he is born, is the time to de-ball him. He must be castrated to stop the flow of testosterone. Then he must be put on the correct dose of female hormones.

You can have the boy circumcised and castrated at the same time but this is usually not done for boys who will be transitioned. The physician does not circumcise a boy who will be transition because the foreskin is used to form a hood over the p****. It will look like a large c******* but it will continue to shrink depending on the amount of female hormones are applied to it. The scrotum or ball sac is left attached after the balls are removed because the ball sac will be shaped into labia or p**** lips for the transitioning.

The most important thing is to castrate early. Everyday that the balls are left in place is another day that testosterone is being pumped into the body and brain. Testosterone can not be effectively neutralized with female hormones because the testosterone level fluctuates hour by hour and is unpredictable. The solution is to castrate immediately so there is no testosterone influencing and poisoning the body and brain. After the testosterone has naturally depleted from the bloodstream, then the desired of female hormones can be introduced. The two hormones should not be mixed, so female hormones should not be used while testosterone is still present in the blood. The female hormones will feminize the subject and obtain the preferred level of femininity.

Transitioning is less likely to be successful as time passes. The longer you wait, the less chance of success. Castrate immediately to stop the testosterone.
